General terms and conditions and complaint procedure:
1. These general terms and conditions shall govern all purchase of goods made through internet or sold in the retail shop. Contractual terms are consequently adjusted by the Civil Code and Customer rights and obligations.
Complaint procedure and claim processing
Customer, who has purchased goods through internet or in our retail shop, must assert complaint within warranty period 24 months from the date of purchase. The seller must process the claim without undue delay, at the latest however, within 30 days from the date of the assertion of the claim. In case the purchaser discovers a defect in the goods, must stop using the item and claim the compensation immediately. There is a danger that a defect of greater scope will occur for which the seller will no longer be held responsible as the defect occurred as a result of negligent handling of the product by the customer. Change of item(s) for different size can be done in our retail shop or via post. The postage costs are always paid by purchaser unless the parties agree otherwise. If the defective goods cannot be changed, the purchaser will receive the money back. Customer is required to submit the defective goods in appropriate packaging that complies with the requirements of the goods – preferably in original packing.
The claim and process of its resolution
The customer can apply the complaint for goods which are purchased in our retail shop and also via e-shop. Processing the claim is possible only with the delivery bill (invoice) received with the purchase. Other settlements are processed as mentioned in Complaint procedure.
If the goods do not meet requirement of customer or the size does not fit, the seller guarantees to return all the money. The claim must be made within 3 days in case of retail purchase or within one week in case of internet purchase delivery.
Protection of personal data
All information concerning our customers are protected according to the law nr. 101/2000 Sb. Protection of personal data. Our highest priority is the confidence of our customer. We fully respect the privacy of our customers and are fully aware of our obligations when using sensitive personal data. The seller guarantees the protection of the personal data to all customers and at the same time is under obligation of keeping their personal data secret and of not providing them to the third person in any version. Customer’s data will be ensured according to the law and they will be use only during the communication between the seller and the buyer. Personal data will be used only for the purpose of business transactions (for example to deliver goods) and will serve for tax confirmation.
How to order
Chosen item is possible to buy in our retail shop or to order it easily through our internet shop. There is a form to be filled up for ordering goods. With the final confirmation of order buyer automatically agrees with general terms and conditions as well as with complaint procedure.
Delivery term depends on specific items. Items which are on the stock and are ready to deliver are significantly marked next to the field. Delivery time for atypical items adapted upon specific request of customer will be consulted individually. When ordering the goods, customer will confirm the way of payment and the way of delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, customer is requested to check the content of the package together with the delivery man and in case of damaged product to follow relevant rules.
With the final confirmation of order buyer automatically agrees with general terms and conditions as well as with complaint procedure in all ways.
